Everyone remember the movie "Money Pit" with Tom Hanks and
Shelley Long..? Well I think that it is a "tie" with all of the repairs
I have done to this home in the 4 years I have lived here $16,000.
still counting..ohhh I could have gone to Anguilla numberous times
and sat on the beach. Oh well life goes on.
This the famous money pit..It looks like a innocent nice home..until I
found out what the so called "flipper" did 4 years ago to this innocent
home
Pictures of my kitchen. It isn't too ugly as once thought. I do have to
move the island more into the tile area and not so much into the living room area and re-tile the kitchen floor and eating area. It is ugly fake tile. icky....
Here are pictures of what this "flipper" did to the basement ceiling which is really sad sad thing...the ceiling tile isn't supported and it had a sagging "sow" belly . I hate the "fake" rock that is on the wall. It is coming down next week. YEA!
Next time more sad stories about the "money pit" and I will post pics of the scariest bathroom Ever! YIKES.
