I had my day in court and it got dismissed by the Judge Mack Dow. What a jerk.. I guess that people can do whatever they want in Tooele county and get away with it and keep doing it.. Cause Tooele has "the code of the West" Whatever that means...
Never mind that my home almost burned down and I have had trouble with this all summer long and now into the fall.

I am sooo ready to move...my goal is springtime hopefully

court date set/interview with media

 I  finally got a court date for Oct 1,2010 @ 8:00am in Tooele. To try and get some money from this
*B* company Tradewind Technologies that sent out an unlicensed electrician to do the work. I am nervous about this.. I just have to tell myself to be brave and tell the truth. I have nothing to hide and I have all of my paperwork and witnesses in place.

I got a response back from the Tv media that I contacted and the story aired last night on Channel 4 @ 10:00pm and of course I did not see it, I was sleeping. Bummer.  I did go to the Channel 4's webpage.
And whomever wrote the article needs to have a proofreader and to use spell check.. It was kind of
confusing with the wording. But hey..I  made my point made about what can happen to anyone else.

break from money pit house

Took a break from the money pit house and went and watched the Sheepdog trials in Soldier Hollow.

It was cool to see the handlers and dogs working the "mean" range sheep.
